What are your hours of operation?
We are open every day with the following drop-off and pick-up times:
Morning: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Doors are closed from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM daily.
Do you offer facility tours?
Yes, tours are available on non-holiday weekends between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and must be scheduled in advance
Is staff on-site overnight?
Yes. Digstown is staffed 24/7 to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort at all times.
Do you require an evaluation for new dogs?
Yes. All new dogs must complete an evaluation day before participating in daycare or boarding.
This trial day helps us ensure group compatibility, safety, and a positive experience for all dogs.
What vaccinations are required?
We require proof of current vaccinations for:
– Rabies
– Distemper (DHPP)
– Bordetella
Are there extra fees for special needs dogs?
No. If your pet is on medication, needs to be fed at a specific time, or has other special requirements—we take care of it at no extra charge.
Do you use chain-link enclosures or kennels?
No. Our facility is 100% chain-link free, and there are no kennels or cages.
Our lodging suites range from 35–125 square feet and offer dogs their own private, spacious area.
Do you offer baths or grooming?
Yes. We offer spa services (baths, nail trims, etc.) for daycare and lodging clients.
Baths are available for just $20 and can be added on to your dog’s departure day.
Is daycare included with overnight stays?
Yes. Daycare is included on your drop-off day and is also included on pickup day if before 9:30 AM.
A daycare rate applies to pickups after 9:30 AM.
Are there any holiday policies?
Yes. During Spring Break, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas:
– A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve a suite
– A $25 holiday fee is applied on the actual holiday to support our staff working on those days
